By accessing or using the Root mobile application ("App") operated by Cleared LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

  • Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
  • Collect or harvest any information from the App without authorization

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cleared LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Information about farmers markets is provided for informational purposes only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleared LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Third-Party Content

The App may contain information about farmers markets and vendors that is provided by third parties. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services.

Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
