  • App Usage Data: Collected anonymously to help us improve the app experience and fix issues.
  • Device Information: Used for app compatibility and performance optimization.

Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. Anonymous usage analytics may be retained for a longer period to help us improve the App.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: You can request a copy of any personal data we have collected about you.
  • Right to Correction: You can request that we correct any inaccurate information.
  • Right to Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data.

Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data, you can do so by:

  1. Contacting Cleared LLC directly with your deletion request
  2. Including your account information (if applicable) to help us locate your data
  3. Specifying what data you would like deleted

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

Deleting App Data from Your Device

You can delete all locally stored app data by:

  • iOS: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Root > Delete App
  • Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Root > Storage > Clear Data, or uninstall the app

Third-Party Data

Our App may use third-party services for analytics or functionality. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
